I’m Sara: IIN Holistic Health Coach, Barre, and Yoga instructor. I’m currently studying to receive my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. If you can’t find me in Lancaster, PA you’ll most likely find me at 35,000 ft traveling to my next destination. What truly inspired me to create Zen & Fit was my trip to Bali, Indonesia. Here, my passion for holistic health, yoga, and fitness truly flourished.

 I believe the energy you identify with is the energy you’ll receive, and with my help I’ll be able to push you to be your best self, and motivate you on your health journey. Practicing a lifestyle surrounded around health is not only about gaining strength, or improving flexibility, but about finding balance between your physical and mental state. With my knowledge and tools, I can guide you, empower you, and inspire you, whether it’s on or off the mat. It doesn’t matter what level of fitness, or yoga you are. My studio is meant to be a safe place for you to come as you are and grow from there. I cater each session to reach everyone’s personal goals. What I’ve learned over the years is that habits, routine, and daily choices define who you are.



I have a passion for fitness which started when I was 4 years old. Being trained in ballet was the beginning of this lifestyle, and over time I grew to admire almost every type of fitness out there! I absolutely love being a Barre instructor, as well as helping people find enjoyment and a connection when exercising. I want those who take my class to like a better version of the person who first walked in. It has been such a blessing and inspiration for me to help my clients achieve their goals and develop a strong attitude towards fitness overall.
