Personal Training Program for Beginners

The Zen & Fit Starter is for anyone beginning their journey with Health & Wellness. I use a very personalized stratgey with all my clients. I want to get to know each and every one of you on a deeper level. To help you through all aspects or your lifestyle change and goal setting. The Zen & Fit Starter comes with two 60 minute sessions a week. One 60 Minute Health Counseling Session and one 60 Minute Fitness Training Session.



Meet Once a Week

Discuss overall lifestyle, with a focus on goal setting. Create personalized meal plans and workout routines so you can strive physically, emotionally and mentally. I will always be available to talk on the phone, email or text during your transformation to a healthier life.

1 Session Per Week in Addition to Health Counseling

Workouts vary per clients personal goals and needs. 1 on 1 personalized workouts between HIIT, Barre or Yoga
